Welcome to the Pontins History website for ex-staff and anyone with memories of Pontin holidays . Please feel free to browse around. It's totally free. If you want to make a comment, upload a picture or post in the forums, you only need to supply a valid email address to register. No other personal information is required and your email address is always kept secret. On average, we get two new member registrations every day!

The site enables all users to share and comment on all photographs and images.
After registering, users can upload their own photographs to the image gallery, view all the pontin site's images and post messages in the forums.
Another very popular function is the ability to search for old pontins friends and then contact them with a private message.

This website is free to all users but I have to pay server and storage costs in addition to the cost of backups and developing/maintaining the site. To help, it would be great if all users and guests would occasionally click on the ads displayed at the bottom of the page. Each click is free for you, but it provides a tiny bit of revenue, which helps me to maintain the website. Thank you.

If you're new here, please start by making just one posting in the forum of the Pontin's centre with which you were involved. Just write a sentence or two about your experience or the people you remember and you'll be surprised how many other people will remember you and post a comment. You could be just a few words away from reconnecting with an old friend or two!

The old Pontins History website died a slow death due to the image server being very unstable. However, with new content-management technology, that problem has now been eliminated and this site can be enjoyed by all. None of the old images or postings have been lost and they are on this site, - in the "unsorted" gallery. If you recognise any images as yours, please let us know and we will credit them to your user-name and give you ownership of them on this site.
